Hello One of a Kind exhibitor! We are extremely excited to have you participating in the inaugural One of a Kind Show and Sale Vancouver! Congratulations again! You have been selected due to the quality and originality of your work and we are determined to make this event a truly unique and high quality experience for you and your customers. We wanted to share some exciting information with you as we prepare to launch the first One of a Kind Show Vancouver and in the coming months we will be sending you more information regarding the show, but feel free to contact us if you have any specific questions. Great Deals on Booth Displays and Shipping! We have developed a fantastic package for exhibitors for hard wall booth rentals, ready, set and painted for artisans to move right in and sell. Booth Display Rates Hard wall booth rates for a 5' x 10' start at $113.00 or $225.00 for a 10' x 10' booth! Order forms for these rentals will be included in your online exhibitor kits. Shipping, Customs and Transport News We have a trusted and established relationship with Commerce Trade Show Logistics, whom have been working with the One of a Kind teams in Toronto and Chicago for the past 10 years. Commerce has created great transport rates from across Canada and North America to Vancouver starting as low as $375 per skid! In addition, they have developed a Customs Kit outlining travel to Vancouver from the US to make customs a snap! For more information about shipping or customs please contact one of the following representatives: Joe Clarke Brian Moore Exhibitor Kits Kits will be available on the One of a Kind Vancouver website on September 8th. These kits will include all the information you will need for the show and you will be notified as soon as they are available. We will also be announcing exhibitor booth numbers on October 14th. Referral Program We are almost sold out, so take advantage of your refer-a-friend program! If you refer someone (they must list you on their application and be accepted into the show) you will receive $100 off your booth fee for 2009! Be sure to tell your friends! Flyers and Promotion Be sure to hand out your $2 off coupon/flyers this summer with your stamp or information! When we collect these at the show in November you will receive an additional pair of tickets to the 2009 One of a Kind Vancouver Show for every 10 redeemed! We expect this new feature on the One of a Kind Vancouver website to be up and running by August 15th and we will contact you with details to log in! New Publicist! Shannon Heth PR We are so pleased to announce Shannon Heth as the One of a Kind Vancouver publicist! Shannon has worked with several artists, restaurants, and special art events in Vancouver, Calgary and New York and is a fantastic addition to the One of a Kind team! Shannon will be contacting you in the next few weeks with a media questionnaire to find out more about you and your product as she launches an exciting media campaign! The web is another powerful tool we plan to use it to promote the show and our artisans. Facebook is the fastest growing social networking web site today. For those of you on Facebook, we have started a group for the show. We will be updating this group with artisan profiles and other information about the show.
